Each new client goes through an in-depth initial consultation where we gather the critical information to create your roadmap to success. The initial consultation is broken into three parts: medical history, lifestyle habits and goals, and a movement screening. This consultation lets us know exactly where we need to start your program and gives us a big-picture vision of where we are heading.

EXPERIENCE SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi-Private personal training provides all of the benefits of one-on-one personal training, but you share the floor with up to three other clients. You will always be under the supervision of a certified personal trainer executing a program designed specifically for and your fitness goals. Your coach will ensure proper form, hold you accountable, and keep you motivated!

BENEFITS OF SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Simply put, we provide guidance when you need it and independence when you don’t. Once we teach you how to perform a movement correctly, you don’t need your coach hovering over you the entire session. Compared to one-on-one personal training, our training method allows for increased schedule flexibility, a greater sense of community, and a much more enjoyable training experience.
